As I write this, I am sitting in my new home that we purchased from your previous client, as you were the listing agent. Every time we were scanning the MLS listings, we kept seeing this unique property pop up on many internet sites.

 Our Agent was late meeting us the day of our appointment to see the house and you were so kind in greeting us with your down to earth friendliness. You didn’t just list the house but you were the ‘selling’ agent. I was super impressed with that service!  At first, I thought ummm, I’m not sure that I was comfortable but as it turned out, you were very knowledgeable and told us things that only a listing agent would know. Had you not been there, I’m convinced we would not have all the information necessary to make an informed decision for purchasing this beautiful property.

So impressed, after interviewing 3 other agents, my decision was made to hire the best. You define the true meaning ‘professional’ who also takes a no-nonsense approach to business. Both you and Brian went out and beyond with the adversities we were faced with.  As I mentioned to you from Day 1, I have to have communication and you said, “Absolutely!” And, that we did, every step along the way to the very end of closing!  You personally drove to our home and handed me the final check from the sale of my home.

Best of all, you had a marketing plan with a target audience. From the Virtual Tour, the web sites, and your professional contacts within your company, you made my house stand out to be noticed! Even in this down market and during the Holidays, I had a buyer within 3 weeks! You jumped right in to oversee all the inspections and appraisals set up for the same day! Had you not been there to assist with the inspections and the few repairs with the contractors, the sale would have been in jeopardy! No other agent would have done all you did to make this happen. This was accomplished in record time -3 weeks to closing. Unbelievable! It was an enormous feat and for that, I thank you. It is amazing and I’m still blinking my eyes saying “what happened?”

It’s hard to express my gratitude for your hard work and dedication.  In today’s world, it’s hard to find a true professional with a good work ethic. It must be our similar background of being a Military Brat. I’m a very happy new home owner with no more worries of carrying another mortgage!
